This plugin was officially integrated into the Media Center Master program as a regular fetcher, January 1, 2010. There is no need for a user to look for the download to install and configure. It is also included in the auto-update feature to keep it up to date. It is only available as a Movie Fetcher and is found through: Application Menu>Manage fetchers and plugins...
The following article was taken from the Media Center Master Forum: Plugin Development>UPDATED: Amazon now v2 supporting US, UK, FR, CA, DE, IT Topic.

This plugin allows you to grab the metadata from Amazon.
It is particularly useful for those items which are not quite movies like tv show packs etc
I suggest you use the plug in for those pesky entries that can’t be found normally. The fetched data isn’t as rich as that from IMDB and the image will simply be the movie cover. Amazon often offer many variations of the same thing (different editions) with varying levels of information so I would recommend going to 'Applications' -> 'Settings & Preferences' -> 'Movies' & ticking the 'Confirm search results' and 'Unless there is only one result check boxes'. This will allow you to choose which version you prefer
Fire up MCM and select ‘Applications’ -> ’Manage Fetchers & Plugins’ from the menu
Amazon should appear in the movie drop down lists, if it doesn’t, you don’t have the latest version of MCM.
Make Amazon your primary and leave your secondary blank, find the problematic movies and clear their metadata, then fetch
Once done go back into Manage Fetchers & Plugins and restore them to before.
Note, the FR, DE & IT plugins return results in their respective languages
Known issues: - The IT plugin never returns a description. This is an amazon api shortcoming and will hopefully be added soon - accented characters & umlauts cause issues. Turning on the 'Confirm search results' option mentioned above solves this
