A large majority of the steps outlined in the guides include a screen shot to give the user a visual of the outlined steps. The steps in each guide are outlined in a numbered format, if more than one step is required. Located above (a) step/s may be an outlined box, or several boxes, containing additional information relating to the step/s, but the information in the box is not required to complete the step/s. These boxes are classed for four (4) different levels of additional information. The levels range as listed:
The information provided for each box description is not complete, but given for examples to understand their intent. Using information boxes, as containers for additional information, provides a method where an advance user can skim through the guides, quickly, by just reading the steps, avoiding the additional information listed in the boxes.
