add edit this side bar to side bar templates installing, fetch meta data, preparing for a fresh reinstall, and editing the wiki

need extension to license for mcm

figure out how the delete template works with categories.
put a link somewhere so editors can use it

redo all info boxes: change wiki markup from block quote to a table markup.
fix info boxes on left side of side bar to center between left side of page and side bar on each page.
work on wiki editing navigation box, image links and info boxes pages, redo examples to tables with pre and don't use nowiki.
work on real life configuration examples.
make a how to: create new page and where links to new page is needed for this wiki.
